4. HR Interview: A conversation about your experience, motivation, culture, and attitude fit.
5. User Interview: Discuss role-specific responsibilities, technical skills, and expectations with your potential lead or teammates.
6. Assessment & Background Check: Complete any role-specific test or psychometric assessment. For selected final candidates, we may also verify relevant employment history and references with your consent.
7. Offering: Congrats! If you reach this stage, we're excited to have you on board. We'll discuss the offer details and terms of employment.
8. Hired 🎉: Once both sides agree, you're officially part of #DoMoreSquads! We'll guide you through the required documents and onboarding process. </aside>
